  • Bayern Kurve is a speed rush ride from the 1980's at Kennywood Park in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It's still there, tucked away in the nostalgia area. I recall that it used to have surprisingly lax restraints yet felt like it was going a 100 mph so you had to hold on for dear life for pretty much the entire ride, all the while laughing hysterically, mashed up against your ride partner, and with a blaring horn accosting you. Why mention these fond memories that no one cares about? Steve Moore is from Pittsburgh and without a doubt a fan of the Bayern Kurve. This track is a straight-up ode to a physical and thrilling loop of speed. It would be pretty sick to have this coming from the speakers while riding today.
